EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Once your shipment arrives, you will have 30 days request a return or exchange. Once a return is received and processed, you will receive store credit. That store credit will expire a year from the date it's issued.  To start the process, please first send us an email at:

If you would like to return, please note that the items must be unwashed, unworn, or unused, and in the original packaging. If there is a strong order or indication of wear, the return will not be accepted. For exchanges, the same guidelines apply. You can always contact us for questions regarding returns and exchanges at:

EXCEPTION: 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not issue an exchange or store credit for these purchases.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our jewelry. If the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving item so we can help you return it. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP? 

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. If you are waiting on a pre-order, please allow the time allotted as designated by the description. IF I CHOOSE PICKUP, WHERE SHOULD I GO TO PICK IT UP? 

Orders will be ready within 3 business days after order is placed. There are 2 pickup locations:

Jefferson address is: 1192 Warbler Drive, Jefferson, GA.

Watkinsville address is: 1210 Crooked Creek Road, Watkinsville, GA.
